Director of Customer Success

Position responsibilities:
• Become a subject matter expert on EduNav Campus offerings and the academic planning process
• Act as the primary point of contact for a group of clients, travelling to kickoffs, discovery meetings, trainings and EduNav/customer working sessions
• Collaborate with engineering, product and marketing teams to ensure internal stakeholders are driving towards customer goals
• In partnership with customers, identify success metrics and customer product adoption strategies and drive project plans to achieve them
• Support product adoption through training sessions, data analysis and development of project plans
• Provide post-deployment guidance to customers, ensuring continued success and referenceability

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years’ experience in client services/account management
• Ability to manage complex customer relationships through excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of customers from strategy to adoption with measurable results
• Navigate complex relationships both internally and externally
• Unwavering integrity, attention to detail, and desire to exceed customer expectations
• Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize work
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and engage with stakeholders at all levels

DevOps Lead

Position responsibilities:
Take part in delivery of infrastructure for production and testing environments, including but not limited to the following:
• Design infrastructure according to the business requirements
• Prepare application configuration to deployment into infrastructure environments
• Maintain stability and compliance of current infrastructure
• Develop and maintain systems responsible for application stability and capacity monitoring
• Proactively work with application development team to detect potential capacity breaches
• Perform changes in existing infrastructure to maintain stability and compliance of production environment

Minimum qualifications:
• Three or more years’ experience working with AmazonLinux/CentOS/Debian systems, including system administration skills

Senior Mobile Developer (2 positions)
